SHIPPING AND TRACKING OF ORDERS

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

WA - 1-3 Business days

SA, VIC, NSW and ACT - 5-6 Business days

QLD and NT - 6 Business days

Please allow a few extra days if you live in a remote area

 

SHIPPING AND TRACKING OF ORDERS

  • Orders are shipped within 1 business day. You will be notifed if there are any delays.
  • A confirmation email will be sent providing a tracking numer once shipped.
  • Please ensure to check your e-mail JUNK folder if you have not received a shipping confimration.

  • Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

 

LOCAL PICK UP

Please select PICK UP at check out if you would like to collect your order.

Then simply contact us VIA our CONTACT page to arrange a suitable pick up time.

We are located in the Joondalup WA area.

 

CAN ITEMS BE LEFT IF I'M NOT HOME ON DELIVERY?

All items shipped will require a signature on delivery.

If you're happy for your item to be left unattended please note this on your order.

PLEASE NOTE - If your order is authorised to be left unattended and then stolen or is damaged during transit there is no cover for loss or damage.

We recommend your package be delivered to an address where someone is likely to be during business hours. Ie work place or home. 

If your not home, a calling card will be left and you can pick up at your own convenience.

  • We ship worldwide!
  • Shipping cost is worked out at check out prior to commitment to purchase.
  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business day. You will be notifed if there are any delays.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

As per Australian refund laws we are happy to refund or replace any items you many receive that are damaged or do not match the items description, excluding delivery.

We will do our best to ensure all items leave in perfect condition however if damaged during transit please ensure to notify us with in 48 HOURS upon receipt to arrange a refund/replacement.

Simply send a e-mail to vanitycollections@outlook.com with a photo of the damages.

If an item is to be sent back to us for a refund/exchange, the item will need to be sent within within 7 days of the refund/exchange being approved.
