- Depending on your location, shipping can take between 6-10 business days.
- We ship most packages with Australia Post however depending on the size, weight and location some packages are sent with a courier.
- Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent with a tracking number and tracking link.

- Once an order is shipped it can not be cancelled or refunded. This includes unforeseen delays in delivery by the postal company. Once an order is sent we can not intercept packages however we will assit in providing you updated information to ensure your package is delivered. Thankyou for your understanding. 


- As noted shipping will take a estimated 7-14 business days.
- Once your order is shipped a email will be sent containing a tracking number and link to track your order.
- If you have not received your order after 14 days of your shipping date PLEASE CONTACT US TO FOLLOW UP.
- More than often your order is at a holding depot in your country in which it will only be held for 10 business days before being retuned to us.
- If you contact us after 30 DAYS of your order being shipped and your package has been returned to us as it was not collected, the return shipping cost will be at the customers expense and refunds will not be given.
- This 30 day rule is a term and condition of the postal service which we are required to follow for liability reasons.
- It is the customers responsibility to be proactive in the tracking of orders.
- Once the package arrives in your country you can also track the order on your local postal tracking service using the same tracking number.
Ie USA customers - USPS tracking. UK customers - Royal Mail etc
- These local tracking services will generally provide more specific details on the whereabouts of your package or pick up/redelivery details.
- If you have any questions on the whereabouts of your order simply email us.


- Customs and duties taxes are not calculated into the cost of your order.
- Import thresholds and fees vary for each country. If you would like more details please contact your local customs department.
- It is the customers responsibility to look into such information if they wish to prior to purchase.
- Refunds will not be given once your order has been shipped based in custom fees or duties being raised.
- If a order is retuned due to customs fees not being paid, the return shipping cost will be at the customers expense and refunds will not be given.


- Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day.
- You will be notified if there are any delays.
- A confirmation email will be sent providing a tracking number once shipped.
- Please ensure to check your e-mail JUNK folder if you have not received a shipping confirmation prior to contacting us to follow up please.


- If you have incorrectly recorded your shipping address on your order, please send us a email urgently to notify of the correct address.
- If your order has been shipped, we will do all we can to assist in having your address updated via the postal service.
- If the change of address is declined by the postal service and needs to be returned to us for updates, the additional resend shipping charge will be at the cost of the customer.



As per Australian refund laws we are happy to replace any items you many receive that are damaged or do not match the items description.

We will do our best to ensure all items leave in perfect condition and as ordered however if damaged during transit or if there is an issue with your order please ensure to notify us within 7 days upon delivery, this included notifying of a item missing from your order. Please ensure to hold onto ALL PACKAGING until the issue is resolved. Packaging is required to be held onto to lodge a damages claim if an item is received broken. 

Simply send an e-mail to with a photo of the damages or concern.

If an item is needing to be returned, this needs to be actioned within 7 working days from the day of return request. We will advise if a return is needed via email as all cases are different depending on the issue. Please contact us if you have any issues or concerns.

There are no refunds for the shipping price if an item is delayed in shipping or if an item arrives damaged. We will ensure you receive your order or rectify any damages if need be. 

PLEASE NOTE - Refunds and replacements will not be given due to a 'change of mind' or from misreading of product information.

This includes incorrectly ordering items which you determine to not fit your storage space once received or your makeup items.

We provided full details and measurements on each listing. It is the customers responsibility to measure their storage space or drawer to ensure the item/s will fit their space PRIOR TO ORDERING please.

Due to the fragile nature of the items, we do not allow exchanges due to the chance of breakage on return.

If an incorrect postal address is entered on a order resulting in the order being  retuned to us, the customer will be required to pay for the return shipping cost. Refunds are not given however you may swap for a store credit which will be valid for 1mth to use.

This is applicable on both storage items and mirrors.

Light bulbs - 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

Mirror - 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on any manufacturing fault which occurs not relating to;

  • neglect, wilful damage, water/liquid damage, incorrect use or adjustments made, repairs made from a non qualified electrician, damage caused by damaging voltage fluctuations, surges and spikes, not reporting of defects in a timely manner, reasonable wear and tear or from not following any instructions as outlined in the ‘Customer Care Instructions’ and ‘Installation instructions’ as provided.

If you have any concerns, please e-mail us in a timely manner with photos, if applicaple or full details of any issue/fault. The item will be returned to our warehouse for inspection and either repaired or replaced.

PLEASE NOTE – Repairs and replacements will only be honoured under warranty along with proof of purchase to the original purchasing customer.

Damages to Tables and Mirror must be reported with in 24hours of delivery for transit warranty cover.
